Owner and chef Alaksha Surti, a graduate of the International College of Hotel Management in Australia and holder of a Diplôme Culinaire d’Hôtelier from Le Cordon Bleu, has turned her passion for Indian cooking into a culinary experience like no other. What started as a popular food truck is now serving up flavorful, made-from-scratch curries that are sure to delight your taste buds and expand your culinary horizons.
